I took this photograph on a day trip to Castle Howard, near York. This spot has always been one of my favourites- i love the architecture and scenery at Castle Howard. The Temple of the Four Winds is situated in the grounds.

The Atlas fountain, named after Atlas the Titan from Greek Mythology who held the heavens on his shoulders, is the main water feature in the Castle Howard grounds.

26th June 2009 was the Bridlington 6th form leavers prom and its theme was "Masquerade Ball". I always like to get several photos taken before events such as this. This was my outfit:

"Graveyard"
This photograph is of Bridlington Cemetary. I originally took the photo to use as reference in my GCSE art project "The Passage of Time" for the reason that there's a clock tower and graveyards are viewed as the ending of the passage of time for the living. I gave the photo a macabre feel using Photoshop, desaturating the photo into grayscale then imposing medieval text across the image. To accentuate this further, using the red brush tool I gave the effect of blood to the photo.

"Eye of Astrontiel"
This is a photograph of my crystal ball, which was made by "Alchemy Gothic". I took this photograph to use in my "glass objects" A2 fine art project.

"On Sally's Shelf" (Nightmare Before Christmas Inspired)
In this photograph I have featured my "Alchemy Gothic" crystal ball, diary, quill and "The Nightmare Before Christmas" merchandise (the ceramic pots). I named the photo "On Sally's Shelf" as the ceramics belong to the character Sally in Tim Burton's film.

"The Warlock's Shadow"
I really liked the shadow Nick's guitar made on the wall- i thought it looked quite evil! The guitar is a BC Rich Warlock.

"Gingee" is Nick's cat and I love taking photographs of him. This is one of my favourites that I edited using Photoshop to give the photo a warmer feel.

"Giger Pod"
This is a computer manipulation of a photograph I took of St Paul's Cathedral when i was in London for the art trip in 2007. Using photoshop I twisted and bent the photograph to create this H.R.Giger inspired piece.
